Drawing & Requirements
Provide 2D/3D drawings (PDF, STEP, IGES) with dimensions, tolerances, material, surface finish, and quantity. Our engineers review feasibility and suggest improvements to avoid issues.
Quotation & Order
We calculate cost based on material, machining time, surface treatment, and logistics. You receive a clear breakdown. Upon approval, order is confirmed with a fixed lead time.
Programming & Setup
CAM software converts your design into machine code. We simulate the toolpath to prevent collisions or overcutting. Fixtures and tools are prepared.

Machining & Production
Operators load the program and run the first piece for inspection. Once approved, full production begins. Machines automatically mill, drill, and tap raw material into finished parts.
Inspection & Surface Treatment
Parts are deburred, then inspected using CMM and gauges. After passing, surface treatment (anodizing, sandblasting, plating, etc.) is applied for durability and appearance.
Packaging & Delivery
Parts are cleaned, oil-free, and securely packed in bubble wrap or custom boxes. Shipping documents are prepared. Your order is delivered safely to your door.
