1. What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?

Normally, we do not set a minimum order quantity and support sample making. The more you order, the more favorable the unit price will be.

2. What Types of Design Files Do You Accept for Quotation?

We accept PDF format for 2D drawings and STP, STEP, or IGS formats for 3D drawings. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours upon receipt of your drawing and inquiry details.

3. Will You Keep the Drawings Confidential?

Yes, we keep your drawings strictly confidential and will not disclose them to any third parties except for production purposes.

If you have concerns, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you send the drawings.

4. What Is Your Lead Time?

The lead time for samples is generally 4–7 working days. For mass production, the lead time depends on the specific order quantity and project requirements.

5. Will You Inspect the Products Before Delivery?

Yes. We conduct dimensional inspections during production, re-inspect products with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) after production, and perform visual inspections before shipment to ensure excellent product quality for our customers.
